1. Who we are

Voyzotrip (“we”, “us”) operates voyzotrip.com, a platform for booking tours, tickets and travel experiences. Some experiences are operated by us or our local partners; others are sold by third-party partners on their own websites.

2. Bookings

A booking made through our checkout is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Enquiry-based bookings (including multi-day packages and private tours) are only confirmed once we have confirmed availability and price in writing and received payment.

3. Partner bookings

Experiences marked “Partner” are booked and paid for on a partner’s website (for example GetYourGuide or Viator). Those bookings are governed by the partner’s own terms, cancellation policy and customer support.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are per person unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing errors before confirming a booking.

5. Cancellations and changes

Each experience shows its own cancellation terms on its page. See our Cancellation Policy for details and how refunds are processed.

6. Your responsibilities

Please arrive at the meeting point on time with valid ID where required, follow your guide’s instructions and check entry requirements (visas, travel documents) for your destination.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, closures of attractions or government action.
